- Consulted for organizations like Tata Housing and HUDCO to implement adaptive construction techniques and establish self-sufficient building centers.
- Coordinated mass housing reconstruction during the Gujarat Earthquake and Tsunami rehabilitation programs.

- Best Design Award: Freudenberg Conglomerate, Germany, for ITI Nagapattinam.
- Best Design Award: V HERDS NGO for mass housing at Irulneeki, Tamil Nadu.
